Consultation requests. When you submit a consultation request, we collect the details you provide: your organization, industry, project goals, required capabilities, timeline, budget range and contact details (name, work email and optionally a phone number). This information is stored securely so our team can review and respond to your request.

Solution Brief and Document Review tools. When you use our AI Solution Brief generator or Document Review tool, the needs description, constraints and files you submit are analysed on the spot to produce your brief or review. Uploaded documents are not stored after the analysis completes.

Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure processes standard technical information (such as IP address and request logs) necessary to deliver and secure the service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your consultation request and prepare a tailored proposal;
• Generate the solution brief or document review you requested;
• Communicate with you about your project or enquiry;
• Protect the website against misuse and maintain its security.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your consultation details or uploaded documents to train AI models or for any other unrelated purpose.

Our Solution Brief and Document Review tools use third-party AI models to generate outputs from the text and files you provide. Content sent to these models is processed solely to produce your result. Please do not submit materials you are not permitted to share with us; treat highly confidential documents as something to discuss with us directly instead.

Where UK GDPR applies, we process information you submit on the basis of:

• Legitimate interests — responding to business enquiries and providing the website's analysis tools;
• Consent — where you explicitly choose to share information with us, or contact us voluntarily.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and respond to enquiries — such as our hosting, database and AI infrastructure providers — and only to the extent needed. We do not otherwise disclose your information except where required by law.

Consultation requests are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue your enquiry, and afterwards for a reasonable period consistent with our business records. Documents uploaded to the Document Review tool are not retained.
