You may use this website to learn about our services, generate a solution brief, analyse project documents and request a consultation, for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

• interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website;
• submit unlawful, infringing, malicious or harmful content or files;
• use the AI tools to generate content that is unlawful or misleading;
• misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any organization.

The Solution Brief and Document Review tools use AI models to produce indicative technical guidance based on what you provide. Output may be incomplete, imprecise or unsuitable for your specific circumstances, and it does not constitute a binding proposal, a fixed scope of work, a quotation, or professional advice of any kind.

Nothing produced by these tools — or anything else on this website — should be relied upon as a commitment to deliver specific work, features, timelines or results. Any engagement with us is governed solely by a written agreement signed by both parties.

Submitting a consultation request does not create a client relationship or oblige either party to enter into an engagement. We review each request and respond at our discretion. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit.

The Red Phoenyx Labs name, logo, website design and its content are owned by Red Phoenyx Limited or licensed to it, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to this website, but you may not reproduce, republish or exploit its content commercially without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the documents and information you submit to the website's tools; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate those tools and respond to you.

Documents you upload to the Document Review tool are analysed on the spot and are not stored. You remain responsible for ensuring you are permitted to share any material you submit; do not upload documents whose terms prohibit disclosure to a service provider.

The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Phoenyx Limited excludes liability for loss of profit, business, data or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
